Chairman - DR. HENRY IFEANYI MORKAH (Phd) – CHAIRMAN

Dr. Henry Morkah is a first class Engineer with his qualifications covering several disciplines of engineering profession. He was the 1988 best graduating students with HND Distinction in Agric Engineering at the Federal School of Agriculture Umudike (Now Michael Opkara University of Agriculture). He did his PGD in Engineering at the University of Makurdi and as well graduated as the best student with a distinction. He further obtained his Master’s Degree and Phd at the Federal University of Technology Minna where he specialized in Mechanical Engineering (Welding and Fabrication Option)

He worked for the Ministry of Federal Capital Territory before he resigned to set up Heimaustine Consult. He is the managing consultant with their clients covering the Oil & Gas exploration and production companies. Henry is also a part time lecturer at the University of Abuja. He brought this wealth of experience to establish and grow Richards Infrastructures Limited as the Chairman of the board.

Chief Executive Officer| MD - ANDY MORKAH

Andy is a graduate of Delta State University Abraka Delta State. He studied Business Administration and graduated with a second class upper division. He commenced his banking career with Merchant Bank Of Commerce-MBCOM(Defunct Continental Trust Bank and now part of UBA Plc)and spent over 14 years in the industry before stepping out to set up Richards Infrastructures Limited. Andy’s Banking experience covers Treasury, Retail, Commercial and Corporate Banking Services in 6 different Banks including UBA Plc and Zenith Bank Plc.

He developed flair and interest in Real Estate/Infrastructural Development while he was a branch manager with UBA Plc. Then he funded, supervised and managed relationship with Real Estate developers where he was exposed to the intricacies of the business. He consolidated his knowledge of the industry when he moved to the defunct Bank PHB Plc (Now Keystone Bank Limited) as the Head of Construction and Infrastructures Desk of Bank’s corporate division. He participated in the execution of several projects from the planning stage to completion because of his role as the financier of these projects. His involvement exposed him to the facility management gap in the industry upon which he left Banking to pioneer the birth of Richards Infrastructures Limited. He has attended several trainings on Infrastructural Development, PPP concessionning and Real Estate development, Andy is happily married with 4 children. He leads the management team.

Director - LANRE WILLIAMS

An Experienced Asset Manager with work experience with Alliance Capital & Forte Asset Management. While in the UK, he worked for Coastal Finance, Capital Link Financial Services, Pricetonhill Capital (New York) and Impeccable Consultancy Services. He founded and run First Chapters Corporation in London- a Business Development Firm before joining Nationwide Equipment as Country Manager in October 2010. He is a member of UK Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment; and Chartered Institute of Insurance, London. A Graduate from the University of Lagos.

Chief Operating Officer - DOUGLAS UMEZURUIKE

Douglas is a graduate from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, Enugu State. He studied Economics after which he commenced work with the then Multilinks Telecommunications Ltd. He distinguished himself in the Sales and Marketing Organization of the firm to the level of Senior Specialist in Programme Management after TELKOM of South Africa bought over MULTILINKS.

He was successful in that feat after acquiring more feathers in Project Management from the British Project Management College, UK. On the list of his tasks was New City Roll-Out and Network Activation. Under him, MULTILINKS TELKOM penetrated over twelve cities in the North and the South Eastern part of the country. He also worked for MTN Nigeria. He is also a trained Customer Service Professional with certifications in Siebel Customer Relationship Management Modules, Supervisory Management by Mactay, Business Management and Entrepreneurship as well as Program in Management Excellence.  He is a Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) Chartered, Certified British Project Professional, and Member of the Association for Project Management. He has over 12 years experience is Effective Service Delivery and married with children.

Head| Operations and Construction - JUDE OMESIETE

A trained Civil Engineer with widespread experience in Civil and Building Construction, knowledgeable in Facilities Management and has long years of experience in Project Management.

Engineer Jude had worked with various construction companies like Costain West Africa Plc as a Project Manager, Betcy Investment ltd as Head Construction and Technical, Anchor Telecoms as Contract Manager. He has handled various multinational and national projects with well proven track records. He oversees the operation and Construction business. Jude is married with children.

Head| Projects - Gerald I. Mobuogwu

Gerald I. Mobuogwu obtained his Bsc. (Ed.) Economics from Delta State University and Msc. Economics from Ambrose Ali University, Ekpoma. He has worked in various capacities in the following companies: Standard Trust Bank Plc (Now UBA) - Profit Center Manager, Oceanic Bank International Nigeria Plc - Business Manager, Capitalfield Investment & Trust Limited - GM, Accredited Bonds & Hedges Limited - MD/CEO, Viva Microfinance Bank Ltd - MD/CEO, Personal Trust Microfinance Bank Limited – MD/CEO, Quarry Managers Company Ltd. – Executive Director, Archival Strategic Constructions Limited – Executive Director, and currently Head of Facility Management/Projects at Richards Infrastructures Limited.

Gerald has attended various courses and has acquired over 19 years working experience. He is a senior member of Portfolio and Debt Management Institute, Global Association of Risk Professionals, Founder and President of Joint-Heirs Business Club, and Member of Board of Trustees; Advocacy for Women & Children (NGO). He is married with children.

Head| Facility Management - EMMANUEL ANENE

Engr. Emmanuel is a graduate of Federal Polytechnic, Nekede, Imo State. He is a  certified field engineer in Power Base Management and Maintenance. He started his carrier in the telecommunication industry  and has over 8years experience in infrastructural maintenance.

Prior to joining Richards he worked  as Head of Power Maintenance at  Indepco Nig. Ltd. Regional Head, Facility Maintenance  at Zain Nigeria. He has handle various infrastructural works and maintenance for Glo, Air-tel, Swap network projects. He is married with 2 children.
