MAINTAINANCE DELUX comes in two packages namely;
(1) Contract/Credit account limits and (2) Pay as You Go Package.
CONTRACT/CREDIT ACCOUNT LIMIT PACKAGE
This maintenance package comes with an agreement between RIL and the client, to render total facility management or the maintenance of specific assets on a stated expense limit for a postpaid settlement arrangement. The payment could be on a monthly, quarterly, bi-annually or annual basis.

PAY AS YOU GO PACKAGE
This maintenance packaging as the name implies is based on immediate payment by the client for services rendered. Payment is usually made in two different installments after inspection, submission and approval of quotation by the client.
The 1st installment of 70% is made before the job commences while the 30% balance is made immediately after completion and a job completion form too issued.

Preventive/Routine maintenance - Carried out periodically to avoid complete breakdown of facilities and equipments
Predictive Maintenance - Predicting equipment failure way before eventual breakdown and necessary actions to avoid its occurrence
Emergency Repairs – We mobilize on short notice whenever there is a breakdown without prior notice or signals.
